6. Content Delivery Network (jsDelivr / OpenLayers)
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the performant and stable provision of our map functions).
If you wish to avoid such data transmission, you can restrict the use of JavaScript in your browser. However, map functions may then only be available to a limited extent.
7. OpenStreetMap Map Tiles
To display interactive maps, we use map data from OpenStreetMap. When loading the map, map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers. In particular, your IP address is transmitted to the respective servers.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in user-friendly map display).

8. Address Search via Nominatim
For address search, we use the geocoding service Nominatim (nominatim.openstreetmap.org). When you enter an address, your search query is transmitted to Nominatim. In particular, IP address, search term, and technical connection data may be processed.

9. External Links (Google Maps, Association Websites, Social Media)
Our website contains external links, including to Google Maps as well as to external websites and social media profiles of associations (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
